Collections

Cakes can be collected any time between 11am and 2pm on the day selected from our bakery in Nansledan. If you arrive earlier your cake may not be ready for you, if you need to collect later please email us to arrange a time. We would always recommend you collect by car, the safest way to transport is in the foot well of the passenger seat. Once the cakes have left the bakery we cannot be held liable for any damage made in transit.

Lead time

We require at least 3 days notice to have a cake baked and decorated and our calender allows for this. If you require a cake at shorter notice it is always worth emailing as we’ll always try to help when we can.

Storage and shelf life

All of our cakes must be kept in the fridge and will keep happily in there for 3 days. For the best cake experience, take the cake out of the fridge 2 or 3 hours before so it can come up to room temperature, cold cake can feel quiet firm, if this is the case once you’ve cut it leave the slice for 10 minutes to warm thurther. Do not leave the cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source (or in a hot car)
