Wedding cake flavours
We’re obsessed with cake, how they look, but most importantly how they taste.
Of course we use the best ingredients but it’s what you do with them that makes Each cake the best they can be. that’s why we test, tweak, compare and tweak again to make sure they are perfect.
All our cakes start with a perfect sponge, then we add a syrup to add flavour and moistness, next up is the flavour bomb, compote, curd, jam or caramel. then finally silky smooth swiss meringue buttercream to bring it all together.
Chocolate
Pillow soft chocolate sponge, silky chocolate cremeaux and chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, this cake manages to be moist, chocolatey but also light at the same time, sublime.
Our victoria sponge
Soft, moist vanilla sponge, prosecco syrup to keep everything moist, clotted cream swiss meringue buttercream, Cornish strawberry jam, fresh strawberries. This can be made with fresh peaches and peach jam when in season.
Lemon
Moist lemon sponge drenched in lemon syrup, fresh zingy lemon curd and smooth lemon swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate and cherry
Soft chocolate sponge with a cherry and amaretto syrup, delicious homemade cherry compote and chocolate swiss meringue buttercream made with 70% Belgian chocolate
Carrot and orange with toasted walnuts and pecans
The tastiest carrot cake you’ll ever try, we make ours with Cornish butter instead of oil which really makes those warm spices and toasted nuts sing. Layered with orange swiss meringue buttercream.
Almond, lemon and raspberry
Moist raspberry and almond sponges, lemon syrup, raspberry swiss meringue buttercream and fresh lemon curd
Salted caramel and toast pecans
Like sticky toffee pudding but without the dates, this sponge is rich and delicious but light too, layered with sea salted caramel, caramel swiss meringue buttercream and toasted pecans.
Blueberry and white chocolate
Blueberry studded fluffy vanilla sponges, vanilla syrup, home made blueberry compote, white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
Coconut, Passion fruit and white chocolate
Soft coconut sponge (we soak the coconut in coconut milk first to keep it tender and moist) passionfruit syrup, passionfruit curd, white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
Persian love cake
The most delicious sponge made with ground almonds, orange and lemon zest, soaked in an aromatic syrup of orange, lemon, cardamom, vanilla and a touch of rose water, with orange zest swiss meringue butttercream

The taste of childhood birthdays, Pillowy vanilla sponges with a vanilla milk syrup, tangy homemade raspberry jam and vanilla American buttercream
